On Saturday October 9th, the Mad Poets Society will converge on Ridley Creek State Park for the Mad Poets Bonfire. This long-standing Mad Poets tradition will include a large open reading, music, a workshop, snacks, camping, and more!

People start arriving at around 4:30, there will be a fun, generative workshop at about 5. Then, as the sun goes down, we light the fire! Come ready to share your work, all while making memories and building community.

Did you know that this is a camping event too? While you do not have to stay, you are welcome to bring your gear, pitch a tent, and join in the celebration overnight!

In accordance with the most recent guidelines, masks are strongly encouraged Anything that is served at the event will be individually packaged, and there will be ample sanitizer available. If the guidelines change, we will let you know.

Note: There is absolutely no alcohol at this event.
